About the Professional Libraries
Banner Boswell and Banner Del E Webb Professional Libraries
The Banner Boswell and Banner Del E Webb libraries support the patient care, research and education mission by providing knowledge-based information resources and services to assist in clinical and administrative decision-making. Health professionals throughout the organization may use information services at either facility by phone, fax, email, or in person.
The Professional Libraries make a variety of print and electronic resources available to our employees. Affiliated health professionals may use these databases. Please contact a Librarian for password and access information.
Books and journals circulation: each library maintains a collection of books, journals, and other types of materials to meet the information needs of that facility.
Interlibrary borrowing: materials not owned by our Libraries can be borrowed from and articles copied by other libraries for your use.
Internet Workstations: each library has computer workstations for health professionals to search the literatures of medicine, nursing, and health administration.
Searches of the literature: professional librarians will search online databases for you or provide you with training to conduct your own searches of these databases.
